Shipping Policy

At Samush Herbal, we ensure safe and timely delivery of our products across India and internationally. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹399.
  • For orders below ₹399, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 7-15 business days depending on your location.

2. International Shipping

  • Shipping is chargeable for international orders, and rates vary based on the delivery location (PIN code).
  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout before payment.
  • International orders may take up to 30 days for delivery, depending on customs clearance and local regulations.

Custom Duties & Taxes

  • Any custom duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the recipient’s country are not included in the shipping charges.
  • These charges (if applicable) are to be paid directly by the customer to the courier company at the time of delivery.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.

4. Non-Delivery & Delivery Issues

Non-Delivery of Goods

Delivery Status Shows "Delivered" but Not Received

  • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the product, inform us within 24 hours by emailing support@samushherbal.in.
  • After 48 hours, courier companies do not accept any delivery disputes.

5. Important Notes

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier service disruptions, or customs delays (for international shipments).
  • We do not take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.
