1. No Return Policy
We follow a strict no-return policy, which means that once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preferences, or dissatisfaction with results.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. (See Damages and Issues section below.)
2. Order Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order only before it is processed for dispatch by reaching out to our support team at support@samushherbal.in.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
- Refunds for canceled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Damages and Issues
We take quality control seriously, but in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, follow these steps:
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@samushherbal.in.
- Provide the following details in your email:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product showing the damage/defect
- Clear photos of the outer packaging with the shipping label visible
- We will assess the issue and offer either a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund if applicable.
Conditions for Refund/Replacement
- Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- If we require the product to be returned, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for return shipping (costs covered by us).
4. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. If you do not receive the refund within the expected time frame, please contact your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for:
- Products that have been used or opened.
- Products returned without prior approval from our support team.
- Orders where the return request was made beyond 24 hours of delivery.
